Download and complete the appropriate application or registration form below. Submit completed form to the school in your area by email or by dropping it off at the office.

Special Circumstances
- If your child is not a Canadian citizen, please contact the Settlement Worker in Schools (SWIS) to review your immigration documents and complete the registration process.
